Home technology visits

Tech help at home, explained like a real person.

TVs, audio systems, WiFi, streaming, smart devices, and everyday tech problems made simple.

We help homeowners, seniors, and small businesses get technology working the way it should.

Serving Brantford, St. George, Paris, Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas, and nearby communities.

A tidy living room media console with a TV, router, remote, and audio equipment.

No jargon. No upselling. No nonsense.

Technology shouldn't make you crazy.

I provide in-home and small-office technology support for people who want things to work properly without the frustration.

Whether your TV won't connect, your sound system doesn't sound right, your WiFi is unreliable, or your streaming setup has become a mess, I'll come to your home, look at the system, explain what's happening, and help get things working.

AI setup and basic training

Everyone is talking about AI. I'll show you how it actually works.

I can help set up common AI tools, explain what they are good for, and show you how to use them safely for everyday life and work.

AI Orientation $225

One in-home session, up to 90 minutes. Pick the right tool, get accounts and apps set up, learn prompting basics, privacy limits, subscriptions, scams, and how to check answers.

AI Monthly Support $149/month

One scheduled check-in per month plus text access for quick AI questions. Stay current as tools change, cancel anytime.

Tool availability and features change often, so the goal is not memorizing one app. The goal is knowing how to use these tools with confidence.

Visit pricing

Clear pricing before the work starts.

I price the visit by scope, explain the likely cost up front, and check with you before a simple job becomes a bigger one.

Simple pricing, clear expectations

Standard Visit $225

For most home tech help, up to 90 minutes on-site.

Advanced / Multi-System Visit Starting at $300

For home theatre, audio tuning, complex WiFi, Sonos, legacy systems, or larger multi-device jobs.

Small Business Visit $275

For clinics, offices, restaurants, retail shops, and other small businesses, up to 90 minutes on-site.

Business Network / Multi-Device Visit Starting at $375

For business WiFi, printers, scanners, displays, staff devices, POS troubleshooting, or workflow setup.

Free 20-minute on-site assessment for business network and larger multi-system jobs. I'll review the setup, explain what's involved, and confirm the price before any work starts.

Quick issues resolved in under 30 minutes may be billed at a flat $100 minimum visit fee. If a standard or business visit runs over the initial 90 minutes, additional time is billed at $60 per 30 minutes. If your issue is simple, I'll keep it simple. If it looks bigger, I'll explain the cost before moving forward.

Why work with me?

The job is not just getting equipment working.

I spent years doing residential technology visits, home theatre setup, audio/video troubleshooting, customer education, and in-home support.

The most important part of the job was making sure the customer understood it and felt comfortable using it after I left.

Leave your technology working better and leave you feeling less frustrated than when I arrived.

Booking assistant

Send Tim the useful details in one clean request.

This does not automatically book a time slot. It creates a booking request so Tim can confirm the visit, price, and timing before anything is booked.

Preferred time

Tim will confirm before the visit is booked.
